The space is of prime value and the decision to create a museum within the hotel suggests the degree of cultural value given to museums in Korea these days.
Somehow museums carry with them some signification of a more sophisticated life, a more modern sensibility. Perhaps if one is looking at things in a museum that means one has left behind the process of development and is now living in an “advanced nation.”
